Going Gluten Free?

This was last Friday in Pacific City in the afternoon. Ah.

My link today is the great interview with the Test Kitchen Folks about gluten free cooking. I still eat some gluten but Kes and I were having a discussion about whole wheat pasta and it reminded me of this fascinating interview.

Anybody want some fresh dill? I have extra. :) I made a light soup with peas and a carrot and very fresh local asparagus.
